The X-Pump^TM is a powerful, ultrahigh-pressure pump designed to operate up to 36,000 psi and 16 gpm with minimal maintenance and reliable performance.  Built to be mobile, the pump is mounted on a rugged steel-tube frame that includes slots for easy transport by forklift.  The pumps are powered by either a 360 HP turbo diesel or 400 hp electric motor. 

 

The X-Pump^TM features:

• Operating Pressure - 36,000 psi (2,450 bar)

• Volume – 16 gpm (60 lpm)

• Straightforward controls for remote operation.

• Automatic shutdown for low oil level, high oil temperature, or low inlet water pressure.

• Dual in-line filter system that removes 5 micron and 1 micron particles.

• A safety valve to relieve system pressure if over-pressure conditions occur.

• Red and amber lights are used for each sensor.  The lamps remain lit in shutdown condition to assist in troubleshooting.
