Hand Lances are used to remove coatings from areas inaccessible to the robotic tractor as well as vertical surfaces such as curbs, walls and columns.  Hand Lances operate at 36,000 psi and typically use 3-5 jet heads rotating at up to 3,000 rpm.  Hand lances may also be used to remove sealant materials from cracks and joints.

Hand lances are also used for hydrodemolition and surface cleaning.
