Field Technician | Field Technician Job Description: In the world of heavy construction, our Techs are like the Special Forces. A rare breed, hand-picked throughout the country, which can do what only few people in the world can do. Duties: - Operate and maintain Ultra-High Pressure (36,000psi) demolition and vacuum equipment
- Responsible for organizing job site activities, including but not limited to; job set up, work performance, and closure
- Troubleshoot, repair, and report equipment problems and project difficulties
- Document daily activities and job progress
- Represent the company at project job site as liaison/foreman
- Transport equipment to and from project job site
- Extensive Travel - the season is typically from March to the beginning of December and includes jobs sites around the country: Bridges, Airport Runways, Dams, Power Plants, and Garages
- Field Tech work assignments can last a few days to several months and will have various shifts; days, nights, hours of work, and days of the week
What we offer: - Excellent Pay: 2007 range for NEW employees was $30,000 to $50,000 (not including per diem and off-season unemployment)

Requirements for Employment: - Valid CDLA, or 90 days to obtain a CDL permit, and then one-year to obtain a CDLA
- Pre-employment physical and drug test
- Background check, including credit
- Completed Application including:
- Work history
- Employment references
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Able to Lift 80 lbs and physically fit
- Willingness to travel
- Credit card
- Mechanical Experience (preferably with diesel engines)
- Go-Getter and able to work alone and with other Technicians
- PMA (positive mental attitude)
- Adaptability, adjust to changing work conditions
