Rampart Hydro Services specializes in the use of ultra-high pressure (UHP) water for hydrodemolition, surface cleaning and preparation, airfield rubber and paint removal, highway-stripping removal. Our powerful UHP pumps each operate at 36,000 psi (2,450 bar) and 16 gpm (60 lpm). Our UHP pumps are more environmentally friendly using significantly less water than low-pressure pumps with higher flow rates while providing high quality concrete removal and surface cleaning. Using a variety of robotic machines and a single rotating water jet, we are able to quickly and efficiently remove concrete. By using multiple nozzles ranging from 16 to 28 we can easily remove coatings, membrane, rubber and paint without damaging the underlying surface. Rampart’s maintenance and repair facility is located adjacent to the Pittsburgh International Airport. With the largest fleet of UHP hydro demolition and cleaning equipment in the US we have the equipment and manpower to meet your hydro demolition and surface preparation requirements. Rampart also offers vacuum clean up and water recovery services. We operate high-capacity, state of the art vacuum trucks and robotic vacuum tractors to clean up following hydrodemolition. Our vacuum trucks can connect directly to the hydrodemolition robot to immediately collect the water, allowing Rampart to perform "dry hydrodemolition." Our vacuum trucks are equipped with a 10,000-psi water blaster that is used to assist in the clean up operation. A vacuum truck follows each of the rubber and paint removal units to collect the rubber and paint debris along with the excess water. We are proud of our ability to design and build special robotic equipment to meet challenging removal and cleaning requirements. Our specialized equipment includes the Tunnel Master, TracVac, Column Cutter and High Reach Machines. Rampart’s goal is to bring the power of UHP water to all surfaces providing the highest level of surface preparation available within the industry! Please take the time to explore our web site. Our goal is to make an informative site both with regards to the hydrodemolition and hydrocleaning process, but also with the variety of tools and equipment available to complete your project. We are always happy to discuss your specific application. Contact us, and we will be happy to discuss your project needs with you. |
